Return & Refund Policy

At The Cultural Edge, each piece is thoughtfully curated to reflect timeless design and quality craftsmanship. Due to the nature of our collections, we do not accept returns on any purchases.

1. No Returns
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or returns on any items once the order has been placed and processed.
We encourage customers to review product details, sizing information, and images carefully before making a purchase. If you have questions before ordering, feel free to reach out to us at contact@theculturaledge.com, we’re happy to help.

2. Exchanges (Fashion Only)
We offer exchanges on fashion items (apparel only) if you require a different size or received a faulty item.
To be eligible for an exchange:
The request must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
The item must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags attached.
Exchanges are only processed once we receive the original item and confirm it meets the criteria.
Please note:
We do not offer exchanges for accessories, footwear, homeware, or sale items.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is deemed faulty or incorrect.

3. Faulty or Incorrect Items
In the rare case that you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue. We’ll arrange for a replacement or exchange as quickly as possible.
